NotebookLM is an artificial intelligence that rather than knowing about the world information, it knows very strongly about a certain document you send it.

I would use NotebookLM when scanning a specific document.

Apple Intellegence is a feature on the newer Iphone models. It has three main focuses: Writing, Image, and Siri. One example of writing is in mail apps or apps like that, it will proofread the text and make sure there are no errors. For Images, it could do something like translating a menu. For Siri, it learns based on frequent things you tell and ask it, which then Siri will answer in a certain way based on how it learned. 

I would use apple intelligence everyday because it is really convenient to pull out your phone and ask Siri almost anything.

The Veo camera, used for sports like soccer, basketball etc. It incorporates artificial intelligence by tracking the movement and position of the soccer ball or basketball. The AI, also makes the quality of recording better as it reduces shaking of the video because of events such as wind, rain, and a ball hitting the camera.

My soccer team uses this camera to record every game that we play. After the video has been downloaded to the website, me and my other teammates and coaches can watch and analyze the good and the bad decisions in the game.

The Snapchat artificial intelligence uses the same models as Open-Ai and Google Gemini. The Snapchat Ai Bot can answer questions, it can give suggestions based on photos you give it.

I don’t use this because I would rather just use google Gemini or ChatGPT as they are mainly for the use of the user and not a “fun” Ai Bot to talk to.

You provide the artificial intelligence with prompts based on what pictures you want it to create. It can assist you with editing certain posters or photos on the canvas, and it can also help remove and realign photos and text labels if they are not to your likings.

I would use this for making something in marketing because it could tell me how to make it look better and more appealing from a buyers perspective.

ChatGPT is a generative artificial intelligence that is able to write human-like essays, code, and images. It is trained with human inputs and feedback which makes it able to become a trusted source of information (Sometimes).

If there was something that was super confusing, I would ask ChatGPT to help me because it knows how to do basically everything and it explains it well.

Gemini is an artificial intelligence that is able to write human-like documents, code, images, audio and files. Gemini is integrated into the google search and android devices.

Whenever I use google or search something it automatically uses Gemini. It is useful but it is not citeable, this is avoidable because the model provides you with the websites and sources that it got its information from.

Base 44 is a generative artificial intelligence that is able to not just give you little sections of code it rather makes an entire app.

I would use Base 44 if there was something on my phone that I really wanted to have because of quality of life. And because there might be something that is really convenient to have on your phone that is accessible.

You tell the Replit Agent what type of app you want it to create. No coding experience is needed as you prompt the artificial intelligence what you want and it will create it for you. All you need to do is to have an idea for the AI to create.

I would use this app but I would be interested in learning how to code these types of AI’s because I think that this will be the future for the world.

The Spotify AI plays you a personalised mix it pulls from your playlists. The AI’s nickname is DJ X and it can play songs that you used to listen to or that you have recently been liking or disliking. If you don’t like the genre of music, there is a button that you can click to change it.

I would find this helpful when I’m studying or something I could just ask dj X instead of manually playing my music. It could also bring back songs that you liked back in the day.

Grammarly AI helps you with editing and making emails sound better. For example, when you make grammatical errors, Grammarly will fix them for you, but with the AI component, it gives you different options with wording or phrasing.

I would use this if you were to write a long email explaining something or asking the teacher a question because it is important that you ask the teacher the question correctly and simply so that they understand what your trying to ask them.

Google Maps is an app that helps you find your way to a destination. Google Maps artificial intelligence is used in several different ways: Using live traffic to calculate the best and fastest route to your destination, predicting traffic jams using past data.

I use Google Maps almost every day. The convenience of putting in where you are and where you want to go and it telling you the best possible route there is really useful.

TikTok uses artificial intelligence in a way that keeps the viewer interested. The AI tracks everything you do on the platform from: how long you stay on a video, if you liked, commented, shared, or even what you like to watch regularly. 

I use this without even knowing because the second you download the app, it starts tracking what you do. It gives me things that I’m interested in and not random stuff that I find boring

The Ring camera no longer just records video footage but it also uses AI for different tasks. The artificial intelligence is now able to detect whether a person looks like they are trying to break into your house or if they are just delivering a package.

The Gmail artificial intelligence is used in three different ways. The first one being, Help me write: you give it a prompt, and it will give you a professional email to send. The second way is, Smart compose: smart compose uses information to predict what you are going to type next and is convenient because you just press tab and it fills in the words for you. The third way is, Smart reply: smart reply uses previous data and information to give you an easy reply to an email. For example, “Sounds good!” or “Thanks for replying!”.

I use these features every time I’m writing an email because it is convenient and useful. It makes writing an email much faster and replying to emails are also much easier.

Tesla autopilot is a feature in the Tesla cars which make it easier to drive. There are 8 cameras around the car which make it have a full 360° view. It watches for danger around and adjusts accordingly. The autopilot mode is a helper rather than the actual driver. You must keep your hands on the wheel for it to properly work. For example, if you were to look at your phone or get distracted somehow, it would notify you with a noisy beep to remind you to pay attention.

I wouldn’t use this because our family doesn’t own a tesla. But I think that it is a pretty sketchy idea because if you heavily rely on the autopilot and it fails, then that’s bad news.

You give the artificial intelligence a prompt and it will create a video of that prompt. It can create a video with synced audio and it makes it look pretty realistic. It can hallucinate and make a person fly away or have too many fingers but it is currently being improved. 

I don’t use this because I don’t really need to. Some of my friends use it because it is funny creating an AI of somebody.

Nano banana is an image creating artificial intelligence. You can give it an image and ask it to change properties or the way the image looks. For example, “Change the background of my photo to a beautiful sunset.

I would use this feature if I wanted my photos to look a bit nicer because maybe someone is in the background that I don’t want them to be in.

Motion AI helps you organize your things and helps you schedule stuff. You tell it a task or assignment, a due date, and priority. It then makes an AI generated calendar including all of your most important events that are upcoming.

I don’t currently use this but I think it would be helpful in the future. I could just tell the ai what assignments are important to me and then it would prioritize the calendar to fit my priorities.

It is important to complete this certification because it ensures the understanding of how to use artificial intelligence in school without cheating more like using it to help you prepare for a test. Its like knowing the rules of the road when you get your driver’s licence but with AI.

We did this back in December and it was very difficult to complete but I did it on the second try.
